ABOUT OUR FOOD:

The food you buy comes from Earthen Path Organic Farm, a 14 acre family farm located in Oak Center, MN, 25 miles north of Rochester.  For the past 30 years, we have been committed to earth friendly growing methods, using draft horses in the field, doing extensive cover cropping to enrich our soil, using wind and solar energy, and working for the benefit of rural communities.  The connection between people and the food they eat has been lost over the past few generations with the advancement of the industrial model of agriculture.  We strive to recreate that personal connection between the land and its farmers, and the food that arrives on your dinner table.  We produce fruit, vegetables and herbs of extensive variety and of top quality.

We incorporate poultry (200 broiling chickens, 150 laying hens, ducks, geese, turkeys), sheep, horses, and goats into a holistic, diverse system.  This philosophy spills over into the surrounding community as we work with Full Circle Organic Growers Cooperative to support other small organic growers in our region as well as the general cooperative movement.
